Every Monday (10AM�4PM) help sessions are held at 411 Senior Centre Society, 2nd Floor.  Search for information, check email, and ask questions.

Call VCN Helpdesk (604) 257-3811 or email [email protected] for free technical support using our dial-up Internet services. Additionally, VCN offers drop-in help for members of the public every Monday except for holidays. Drop in to use the Internet, ask questions and troubleshoot problems.


If you suspect your computer is infected with a virus we can provide you with a free Anti-Virus program, please bring in your USB drive.
