Provides services for refugee claimants (primarily from Central/South America and China): orientation & advocacy, outreach, interpretation, referrals, housing information, settlemetn facts, settlement support services, ESL & pre-employment. Health Promotion and AIDS education for claimants (Spanish Speaking). Outreach worker (sponsored by ISS). Peer group presenters do AIDS awareness for Spanish Speaking groups.
