Dear applicant,
This mailing list is for all "applicants" of the View Court Housing Co-op
whom have attended a tour and are waiting for a successful interview in order to be forwarded to the "accepted applicants" wait list. Although you may have attended a tour, the interview is what gets you to the wait list. Only those who have attended a tour will be asked to attend an interview.
All interviews are approximately 30 minutes long and conducted by our Membership Committee of approximately 8 members here at View Court Co-Op 12 West 10th Avenue. We will meet you at the front lobby of our building.Please e-mail us if you are not able to attend an interview you have an appointment for. If you do not show up for an interview without notice you will be removed from the application list.

You will receive a reminder of your subscription once a year and will be asked to respond to the e-mail if you are still interested in an interview. If you do not respond to these e-mails or we cannot contact you by e-mail or phone, we will remove you from this application list. You can unsubscribe yourself at any time and if we remove you from the list you may re-apply at any time.
